Effective date: October 16, 2026. This policy explains what information Western Flooring Inc. (“we”, “us”) collects when you use western-flooring.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Western Flooring Inc. is a family-operated, California-licensed flooring contractor (Lic. № 790953) serving schools, colleges, athletic facilities and organizations throughout California. Our website address is https://western-flooring.com.
Information we collect
- —Contact form. When you request a facility assessment we collect the details you enter: facility name and type, your name, phone, email, the services you select, preferred timing and any notes.
- —Direct contact. If you call or email us, we keep the correspondence needed to respond and to prepare an estimate.
- —Technical data. Like most websites, our server may log your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit for security and performance purposes.
How we use it
- —To respond to your request, schedule a site visit and prepare a recommendation and estimate.
- —To communicate with you about a project you have asked about or hired us for.
- —To keep the website secure and running properly.
- —We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Cookies
Our site uses only the cookies needed for it to function (for example, to protect the contact form from spam). We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the website and deliver our services (for example, our web host and email provider), and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Retention
Contact-form submissions and project correspondence are kept for as long as needed to respond to you, complete a project and meet our record-keeping obligations, after which they are deleted or archived.
Your rights
California residents have the right under the CCPA/CPRA to know what personal information we hold about them, to request its deletion, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Our footer links to our Instagram and Facebook pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Children
Our website is intended for facility managers, administrators and other adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised.
